Upcoming Pro Bono Events
by Aleed Rivera

Thanks to all of the volunteers who participated in the uncontested divorce clinic and estate planning clinic in May 2017.  We have many volunteer opportunities available for the Fall of 2017 for attorneys, paralegals and law students.  If you would like to get involved in the Tarrant County community and would like to make a difference in the legal profession, please join us!

Contact the Tarrant County Bar Association and ask for Aleed Rivera, Interim Pro Bono Programs Director for more information about volunteering.

Wills and Estate Planning Clinics

TVAS offers free legal assistance to eligible clients with simple wills and estate planning documents. Interested individuals must apply to determine their eligibility under the financial guidelines of the program.

TVAS is currently accepting applications for clients in need of wills and other estate planning documentation.  If client is eligible TVAS will search for a volunteer attorney to assist the client; please note that due to the nature of the program TVAS cannot guaranty placement with pro bono attorney.

Please contact us at 817-546-4450 and leave a message to schedule a telephone appointment to determine your eligibility.

No walk-in clients will be accepted.
